The U.S. Department of Labor has issued an updated Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA) poster that must be displayed in a central location at every workplace, regardless of size. The USERRA protects employment and benefits rights of employees who, voluntarily or involuntarily, leave employment positions to undertake military service.
