At their February meeting, the Board of Trustees gave special recognition to NJ CAR Managing Director and Staff Counsel Bob May for 25 years of outstanding service to the Coalition.President Jim Appleton and Chairman Jim Tino, Jr. praised “the NJ CAR answer man” for his tireless devotion to protecting the interests of all New Jersey auto retailers for the past quarter century. In honor of this significant milestone, NJ CAR commissioned an original watercolor painting of Bob’s historic home, which is currently being painted by a well-known local artist. Bob has spent the past 25 years dispensing legal and regulatory advice and counsel on an ever-growing list of issues.
