Please Fill Out Your NADA Compensation Survey

Feb 01, 2005

The National Automobile Dealers Association’s (NADA) compensation survey, conducted every few years, is designed to collect important compensation and benefits data for key dealership employees. The 2005 survey was recently mailed to all members, along with a business reply envelope.NJ CAR urges all dealerships to complete the survey so the results will accurately reflect compensation trends in the New Jersey retail automotive industry. Dealer principals are encouraged to use figures as reported on 2004 W-2 forms, including any salary deferrals made by the employee that may not be identified on the W-2. NADA is serving as NJ CAR’s third-party processor to ensure the confidentiality of your survey. All completed surveys should be returned to NADA as soon as possible in the envelope provided.Surveys must be postmarked no later than March 18, 2005 in order to be included in the analysis. Survey results for our area will be available in July, with national and regional results released by NADA in August.NJ CAR will report on the results as soon as they are received.
