NJ CAR hosted a webinar focused on the new Power of Attorney (POA) and Odometer Statement forms recently issued by NJMVC. These new forms are effective immediately, but dealers have a transition period until September 15, 2023 to implement them.
The webinar focused on both the current use of the General and Limited POAs and new requirements for their use. It also covered the new Non-Secure POA, new Secure POA and new Odometer Disclosure Statement. All of these documents can be found HERE.
