NJ CAR hosted a webinar update focused on the NJMVC’s new Secure Power of Attorney (SPOA). These new forms are currently in effect, but dealers have a transition period until October 30, 2023 to implement them. The webinar focused on understanding and correctly completing the SPOA. All of the new NJMVC forms (Secure POA, Non-Secure POA, and Odometer Disclosure Statement) can be found HERE.
