NJ CAR’s Office Manager/ Controller Workshop, typically a full-day, live event, has been cancelled this year, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Coalition has chosen to break the training up into several FREE webinar modules. The second module, Critical Accounting Issues Explained, was held on Thursday, August 20, 2020. - What You Need To Know About Unclaimed Property?, presented by John Noonan (Withum Smith + Brown)- In the past few years, several dealerships have been subjected to unclaimed property audits and many remain unaware of what they are required to do.
- PP Loan Forgiveness, presented by Lou Young (Withum Smith + Brown)- The latest information regarding Paycheck Protection programs loan forgiveness.
