The National Association of Dealer Counsel (NADC) recently elected NJ CAR President Jim Appleton to a three-year term on the organization’s Board of Directors.
The NADC is a nationwide professional organization of attorneys representing automotive dealerships. The NADC provides a forum for members to share information and advice related to manufacturer franchise issues, lemon laws, vehicle finance, regulatory complexities, insurance laws, tax laws, buy/sell agreements, employment law, and many other issues facing dealers.
NJ CAR’s engagement with NADC offers New Jersey new car dealers a national platform to focus attention on the issues our members find most critical and to build a national consensus around the legal strategy to address these issues.
