The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services recently issued a revised Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification. Until Sept. 18, 2017, dealers may use either the new Form I-9 (7/17/17) or the one marked “11/14/16N” when establishing a new hire’s eligibility to work in the U.S. After September 18, dealers must use the new Form I-9.
