Still Time To Help NJ CAR Tell The Industry’s Incredible Story

Feb 27, 2017

Please Complete NJ CAR’s Brief Economic Impact Survey By March 17, 2017

The franchised auto retailing industry has an incredible story to tell from the jobs dealerships provide to the tax revenue they generate. It is imperative that our elected officials and the car-buying public know just how critical their neighborhood car and truck dealers are to New Jersey.

NJ CAR has produced an annual Economic Impact document for the past 12 years, and distributed the informative brochure to all State Legislators and New Jersey media contacts. The Coalition is producing a new report for 2017, and we need data from as many dealerships as possible. If you haven’t already done so, please complete the brief Economic Impact Survey attached to this NewsLetter. You can also complete the survey online by visiting the following website:

Virtually all of the requested information should be handy, as dealerships prepare to file their 2016 tax returns. Please take a few minutes to complete the survey and forward it to our third-party partner, Auto Outlook, AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

The purpose of the NJ CAR Economic Impact document is to focus attention on the immense contributions made by the retail automotive industry to the State’s economy. The report touches on the contributions dealers make in their communities through the creation of jobs, and the generation of substantial tax revenue for State and local governments.

Keep in mind that:

?This survey is strictly confidential;?NJ CAR will never see any completed survey; and?All analysis and reporting will be handled by Auto Outlook.
