Automotive News recently released its fifth annual list of the Best Dealerships To Work For in North America and two New Jersey dealerships are among the top 100 recognized. Please join NJ CAR in congratulating DCH Millburn Audi (Maplewood) and DCH Montclair Acura (Verona).
The list identifies dealerships that excel in workplace satisfaction, talent retention and have excellent employment practices. The final ranking of the top dealerships will be revealed at a ceremony to be held October 12, 2016, at the Four Seasons Hotel in Chicago. Automotive News will also publish a special section in October that includes summaries of the top 100 dealerships.
