Automotive News recently released its fourth annual list of the Best Dealerships To Work For in North America and three New Jersey dealerships are among the top 100 recognized. Please join NJ CAR in congratulating Audi Turnersville (Turnersville), DCH Millburn Audi (Maplewood) and DCH Montclair Acura (Verona).
The list identifies dealerships that excel in workplace satisfaction, talent retention and have excellent employment practices. The final ranking of the top dealerships will be revealed at a ceremony to be held October 14, 2015 at the Four Seasons Hotel in Chicago. On that day, Automotive News will also host a half-day conference, “From Recruitment To Retention: Finding And Keeping The Best,” featuring speakers from some of the top-ranked dealerships as well as experts in employee and customer satisfaction.
Automotive News will publish a special section in its October 19, 2015 edition that includes summaries of the top 100 dealerships.
