The complicated array of State and federal regulations presents a major compliance challenge to motor vehicle retailers. This half-day program is not a substitute for a full audit by a qualified expert to access the adequacy of your dealership’s procedures and policies; but, it WILL explain and review how your dealership can perform a basic self-audit to help make sure your paperwork is compliant. This workshop is primarily for General Managers, General Sales Manager, F&I Managers/Directors, Controllers and Office Managers.

Conducting a self-audit has many benefits. It can help make sure that every department and operation in the dealership is in compliance with applicable regulations, and has adopted all mandated policies and programs required. It can also alert your employees when it may be necessary to obtain further professional assistance to achieve compliance.
