NJ CAR will be hosting three Self-Audi Workshops in April and May. The first class is scheduled for Thursday, April 23, 2015 at NJ CAR Headquarters (856 River Road, West Trenton, NJ 08628). The second class is scheduled for Tuesday, May 19, 2015 at the Courtyard Marriott (1 Polito Avenue, Lyndhurst, NJ 07071). The third class is scheduled for Thursday, May 21, 2015 at the DoubleTree By Hilton (700 Hope Road, Eatontown, NJ 07724). All three Seminars are scheduled from 9:30 AM until 12:30 PM. The cost is ONLY $189 per person for NJ CAR Dealer Members and their employees.

This half-day program is not a substitute for a full audit by a qualified expert to access the adequacy of your procedures and policies; but, it WILL explain and review how your dealership can perform a basic self-audit to help make sure your paperwork is compliant. This workshop is primarily for General Managers, General Sales Manager, F&I Managers/Directors, Controllers and Office Managers.
Conducting a self-audit has many benefits. It can help make sure that every department and operation in the dealership is in compliance with applicable regulations and has adopted all mandated policies and programs required. It can also alert your employees when it may be necessary to obtain further professional assistance to achieve compliance.
