2015 New Jersey Auto Retailers Unite Campaign Sets Goal of $1,000,000 For Children With Cancer & Blood Disorders

In 2014, nearly 180 dealers joined together and raised more than $800,000 for the thousands of New Jersey children with cancer and blood disorders served by The Valerie Fund. NJ CAR is partnering with The Valerie Fund again in 2015 and has set an ambitious goal to raise $1,000,000. The 2015 NewJersey Auto Retailers Unite Campaign has been modified to make the program more affordable and to provide better education to participating dealers on how to take FULL advantage of the many benefits available to them.If all New Jersey dealerships get behind this Campaign, it will not only benefit thousands of NewJersey children, but can have a monumental public image impact that benefits the entire industry. Attached to this NewsLetter is an Informational Packet that details the responsibilities of participating dealerships and the many benefits they will enjoy. Please return the Dealership Sponsorship Commitment Form (with payment information) as soon as possible.In order to participate, dealers must:

¨ Become a sponsor of the NewJersey Auto Retailers Unite Campaign for only $750 per dealership rooftop.

¨ Commit to a $5 contribution to The Valerie Fund for every new and used vehicle sold between June 1, 2015 and October 31, 2015.

¨Distribute raffle tickets (provided by The Valerie Fund) to any customer who test drives or purchases a vehicle from June 1, 2015 until September 14, 2015.

The 2015 New Jersey Auto Retailers Unite Campaign will be supported by a massive marketing effort (valued at more than $1,000,000) that will include press releases, billboards, television and radio PSAs, email marketing, social media and more. Details on the media support are contained in the attached Informational Packet.NJ CAR is asking every franchised dealership in New Jersey to support this ambitious NewJersey Auto Retailers Unite Campaign.
