We Need Your Dealership’s Help!

Mar 03, 2005

A few weeks ago, all dealer principals received a short Economic Impact Survey and were asked to take a few minutes to fill out the requested information and forward it to our partner, Auto Outlook. In addition, a subsequent reminder was mailed earlier this week.NJ CAR would like to thank those dealers who have already forwarded their completed surveys to Auto Outlook, but we need many more of you to return your surveys by March 11, 2005 in order to have a viable sample of New Jersey auto retailers and data that accurately reflect the industry. A copy of the brief Economic Impact Survey has been included as an attachment to this NewsLetter. If you have not yet completed one, please take a few minutes to fill out the survey and forward it to our partner, Auto Outlook.Remember, this survey is strictly confidential.NJ CAR will never see any completed survey and all analysis and reporting will be handled by Auto Outlook. With both the Governor’s Office and all 80 General Assembly seats up for grabs this November, an updated economic impact analysis of the retail automotive industry will provide solid evidence about how important the retail automotive industry is to the New Jersey economy. The 2004 report was a tremendous hit with legislators, and NJ CAR has no doubt that the 2005 economic impact report will educate all members of the Legislature and key Executive Branch officials as well.If you haven’t already done so, please fill out the attached NJ CAR Economic Impact Survey as soon as possible and either fax the completed survey to Auto Outlook at 610.648.3806, or forward it by mail to the address indicated on the survey form by Friday, March 11, 2005.
