Automotive News recently published a feature on Bill Kindle, owner of Kindle Auto Plaza in Cape May Court House, and his son Steven, highlighting a unique charitable effort that is benefiting their community.This year, the Kindle Community Challenge is donating $30 for every vehicle purchased at either the Ford Lincoln or Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram store to a local charity of the customer’s choosing. For every repair order, the dealership is donating $4. The two stores combined sell approximately 1,200 new and 1,000 used vehicles per year.In addition to the Kindle Community Challenge, Bill has also donated to a variety of community charities; donated pickup trucks to help rescue stranded dolphins and seals at the Jersey shore; and even used his private jet to fly cancer patients to treatment centers.Please join NJ CAR in congratulating Bill Kindle on his many charitable efforts.
