Complete The NJ CAR Dealership Benefits Survey
Coming In September!!!
For many dealerships, August is benefits renewal time. Each summer, NJ CAR receives calls from many dealers looking to see how the benefits they offer compare to those offered by OTHER dealerships. NJ CAR is currently working with our benefits partners to create a simple, one-page survey that will allow us to gather and analyze information participating dealers can use to benchmark where they stand when it comes to employee health benefits.We are looking to maximize participation because, in this case, more is better. The more information we are able to gather, the more precise the results will be when they are compiled.The survey will be mailed out after Labor Day and will only take 10-15 minutes to complete. When it arrives on your desk, please pass it along to your Office Manager or benefits broker to complete and return to NJ CAR.Remember, participating dealers will be the first to receive the results of the survey later this year.
