If you have never visited the Battleship New Jersey, it is an amazing sight. The 887-foot ship is one of the largest battleships ever built. The 45,000-ton ship was launched in December 1942 and served in World War II, Korea, Vietnam, and Lebanon. The ship was decommissioned in 1991 and arrived at its Delaware River dock in November 1999.
