In April, NJ CAR launched a brand new web presence, with a revamped website (www.njcar.org).New content and functionality has been added on a weekly basis, causing the number of registered users to more than double in the past few months. Today, another excellent resource was added to the NJ CAR website, with the launch of the NJ CAR Services Online Store & Catalog.In the store, users can look through a virtual catalog to find business forms, embroidered clothing, license plate frames and more than 600 hundred other items for your sales, service, parts, accounting or office departments. NJ CAR encourages users to check the site regularly for new products. If You ARE Registered To Access The NJ CAR Website… If you are an NJ CAR Dealer Member and have already registered for access to theNJ CAR website, the process is very easy to set up an account at the store.NJ CAR recommends that any individual authorized to purchase items for their dealership set up an account so orders can be tracked and users can easily review their order history. To set up an account, follow the simple instructions below: ·Log on to the Member’s side of the NJ CAR website (www.njcar.org) and click on the “Shop Now” icon. ·At the top of the brief introduction page click on the “Start Shopping Now” link. ·Click on the “Click Here to Register as a Continuing Client” button at the top of the page. ·Because you have logged in, the majority of your information will be pre-populated in the form.Simply fill-in or correct any open fields and select the county in which your dealership is located from the appropriate drop-down menu. ·When you are done, click “Submit Registration Form” at the bottom of the page. ·You will be brought to your Account Home Page where you can update your account, review order history or contact an NJ CAR Services sales representative. If You DO NOT Have Access To The NJ CAR Website… If you are not an NJ CAR Dealer Member employee or have not yet registered for access to the NJ CAR website, the process involves a little more typing.While not required, if an account is not set up, users will not be able to review their order history. To set up an account, follow the simple instructions below: ·Go to public side of the NJ CAR website (www.njcar.org) and click on the “Shop Now!” icon. ·At the top of the brief introduction page click on the “Start Shopping Now” link. ·Click on the “Click Here to Register as a Continuing Client” button at the top of the page. ·Fill out the short form and click “Submit Registration Form” at the bottom of the page when you are done. ·You will be brought to your Account Home Page where you can update your account, review order history or contact an NJ CAR Services sales representative. Keep in mind that you will have an account for the NJ CAR Services Online Store, but this registration does not give the user access to the Member’s side of the NJ CAR website.
