This resource is for complaints regarding specific transactions involving new car or truck dealerships in New Jersey. NJ CAR will help facilitate a dialogue between you and the individual dealership. NJ CAR works with virtually every new car and truck dealership in the state. We do not represent the interests of Used Car Dealers, and cannot assist with any complaints against those facilities.

Below, please explain the problem you are faced with regarding your New Jersey new car or truck dealership. You are only required to provide an email address so that we can respond to your complaint. We are happy to assist in the resolution of any problems that may arise during the purchase of a new car or truck from a New Jersey new car or truck retailer, by forwarding your concern or problem directly to the owner of the dealership and urging them to become involved in the resolution of your concern(s).
